Japan has a vibrant drinking culture that offers everything from whisky to craft beer. But no visit to Japan is complete without sake. Over centuries, sake-making has become an art form and a signifier for Japan’s deep, rich cultural heritage. From the slightest floral to those full of umami, join us in an expedition into the world of sake led by our team of sake specialists. Get into the history as you sample a selection of five different sakes, while also trying your hand at creating your own sake-based cocktail. Belly up as you pair these drinks with our mouth-watering izakaya snacks.

Calling all night owls: late nights are back at Fukuro.
As Hong Kong's skyline lights up and the city comes alive, our spirited izakaya is here to help you keep the party going with an all-new late-night offering. We invite you to eat, drink and let loose on Elgin Street with a lineup of exclusive off-menu snacks including our beloved A5 Wagyu Sando, sake, highballs and beer.
